Ordinance No. 1358

Ordinance No. 1358 amending Sec. 20-20 of Chapter 20, Article II of the Del City Code of Ordinances, renewing the dedicated rate of excise tax at 1½ %, to be used for certain purposes, resulting in a total excise tax of 3½ % imposed on all sales taxable under the laws of the State of Oklahoma; said 1½ % excise tax levy on sales to be used for certain purposes.

Ordinance No. 1362
